We invite you to Join us at the Cask & Ash Club to celebrate fine spirits, flavorful cigars, and delicious food. We meet the first Friday of the month at various locations throughout Martin & St Lucie County.
This is a great opportunity to sample fine scotch, but we are also known to throw in a few Bourbon, Rum, Irish Whisky, Tequila, and any other libations that might be aged in a 'Cask', throughout the year! It’s a fun and affordable way to sample the finer things in life along with your favorite cigar if you so choose. We also supply a light sampling of appetizers during our tastings.
We are a fun social club that meets monthly to sample fine spirits, puff on a cigars if you wish, and mingle among like-minded individuals who enjoy life’s little luxuries. It’s also a great way to learn about and enjoy the whiskey experience and journey!

The shared cost for the entire evening for one of our monthly tastings is only $45/pp.
NO ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES, just come as you are and have a great evening (Men & Women)! Anybody 21+ can attend and enjoy a fabulous tasting event with NO membership requirements.
MONTHLY TASTINGS
Our monthly tastings are usually held on the 1st Friday of each month from7 pm–9pm. The tasting events are a great opportunity for beginners or long-time scotch aficionados to enjoy this wonderful “Water of Life” experience through the 5 diverse regions of Scotland. We also stray from Scotch a few times a year to include other spirits. It’s truly a great time and you’re guaranteed to enjoy great libations, delicious food, pleasant conversation, and establish new friendships.

March 01, 2024 WHISKEY TASTING
This special tasting is $10 more due to special whiskies directly from Ireland.
We're super excited again about our March IRISH whiskey tasting at Michael Hogan's (our Irish friend's) home at the Stuart Yacht & Country Club in south Stuart. This special whiskey tasting will consist of SIX delectable, unique, and smooth Irish whiskies directly from IRELAND for us to enjoy. Please RSVP if you plan to attend...we can admit a maximum of 20 attendees. The event is 7pm - 9pm (or so). This special tasting is $55 per person instead of $45.
You only pay a $55 shared cost and can pay when you arrive at the event or to ensure a GUARANTEED tasting, you should scroll to the bottom of this page, and you can pay via Paypal (for up to 3 attendees). Mike Hogan will be hosting us for this whiskey tasting at his home in the Stuart Yacht & Country Club. The address is: 3493 SE Fairway East Stuart, FL 34997. Start time is 7pm and ending around 9:00 or 9:30 pm.
Again, $55 is the shared cost among all attendees for the spirits and food. Phil will be making corned beef & cabbage and Mayda making Lechon (cuban pork). A lot of delicious food will be available. There are NO membership fees, no hassles, and you can bring a friend, spouse, or significant other (please be sure to RSVP them too). Remember, the first 20 to RSVP get to enjoy this special event at the home of our famous Irish friend.

5. The Whistler 15-year Single Cask Release @ $161/bottle
6. Fercullen 17-year single grain-single cask Release (#131 of 240 bottles) @ $250/bottle
